Privacy notice

TEKWROUGHT is the controller of the personal data described here. We collect only what you choose to give us and use it to respond to you and deliver the work you ask for.

What we collect

  • Enquiries. Through the contact form: your name, role, company, work email and what you tell us about your systems (domain, sector, size of business, timescale and budget band).
  • Website checks. The domain you enter, and your IP address stored only as a one-way hash to prevent abuse.
  • Cookies. None for analytics or advertising. The site uses only what is strictly necessary for it to work.
  • Page visits and errors. Which pages are viewed, counted by PostHog without storing anything on your device and without recordings, and technical errors recorded by Sentry so we can fix them. Neither receives your name, email or what you type. Our legitimate interest is knowing the site works and which pages help people.

How we use it, and why

We use enquiry details to reply to you, to survey the public site you asked us to look at, and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement. Our lawful basis is your request to us before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.
