Every engagement is governed by a master services agreement and a statement of work, signed before work starts. They set out the scope, the fixed fee and payment stages, acceptance criteria, intellectual property, data protection, liability and service levels. We share both documents in draft at the blueprint stage so your legal and procurement teams can review them.
